Ballistic Business LLC provides digital marketing services for electrical contractors, including Meta advertising management, AI-assisted lead nurturing, website development, and automated review-request messaging. Specific deliverables, pricing, and performance terms are defined in the individual service agreement signed with each client.
Outside of the one-time setup fee, services are billed on a pay-per-qualified-appointment basis as defined in your service agreement. Leads that are dead, unqualified, or rescheduled are not billable. Qualification criteria are agreed upon before campaigns launch.
While we work to deliver qualified appointments at competitive costs, marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions and advertising platform policies. Except as expressly stated in your service agreement, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to necessary accounts and assets, and for fulfilling the appointments booked through our system. Results depend in part on your responsiveness and capacity to serve new customers.
Websites, ad creative, and automation systems we build for you are governed by your service agreement. This website's content, branding, and logo are the property of Ballistic Business LLC and may not be reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ballistic Business LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
